When you complete our relocation assessment or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number where you provide one, and the answers you give about your household, budget and lifestyle preferences.
Why we collect it
We use your answers to build your personalised area match and relocation plan, and to follow up with advice relevant to your move. We do not sell your information.
How we contact you
We contact you by email, and by WhatsApp only if you have told us that is welcome. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and assessment records for as long as they are useful to your relocation, and remove them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
