Bali Bound started from a simple observation: almost everyone moving here asks the same question first, and almost nobody gets a straight answer. Where should we live?

Most of what's written about Bali is written for visitors. It ranks beach clubs and sunset bars. It rarely tells you which neighbourhood makes a school run bearable, what a long-term lease really costs off-season, or which clinic you'd want at 2am.

We built the assessment to close that gap. It weighs the things that shape everyday life — household, budget, schooling, commute tolerance, community, climate and pace — and matches them against eighteen distinct parts of the island.

From there, we help with the rest: visas through licensed partners, housing shortlists, school applications and the unglamorous admin that makes a move stick.
